ABOUT THE NAME OF OUR GYM
It does have a few meanings that are both personal and professional to show what our gym is about.
My father passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in Sept 2023. His name was Anthony Michael Spence, so A.M.S is for his initials to remind me of him. He was my hero and my inspiration, who always believed in me and made me the person I am.
A.M.S also stands for Adept Martial Striking. We wanted to choose a name that represents the skills and expertise you need to master Muay Thai, with adept meaning just that.

Since 2016 our mission is to create a welcoming and motivating environment where everyone, from complete beginners to experienced fighters, can train, grow, and reach their full potential. We aim to deliver elite-level coaching across not only Muay Thai, but Boxing and general fitness, led by experienced trainers who are passionate about helping every member succeed.
Our gym is built on discipline, respect, community, and personal development. Whether your goal is to compete at a high level, improve your fitness, learn self-defence, or simply try something new, we are committed to supporting your journey every step of the way.
