Join us for our high-energy fitness sessions combining Muay Thai pad work, bag work and circuit-style training. Designed to improve fitness, conditioning and overall endurance while learning Muay Thai techniques.
Timetable:
Tuesday: 6:00 to 7:00
Wednesday: 9:00 to 10:00, 12:00 to 13:00
Friday: 6:00 to 7:00
